Athletics was a primary driver of success, contributing 3 gold, 2 silver, and 1 bronze. Other notable achievements for Thailand included gold medals in sailing, equestrianism, and MMA.

In specific disciplines, Sophia Gleel Montgomery secured gold in the ILCA6 sailing category with 26 penalty points, ahead of Singapore and India. In boxing, Nattnicha Jongprongklang won the women’s 54kg gold medal by defeating North Korea’s Pang Chol Mi with a 4-1 decision.
