The 2026 Canadian Junior Boys and Girls Championships commenced with Hongzhao (Thomas) Xu taking the solo lead in the Junior Boys Championship at Wascana Country Club with a 5-under 67. In the Junior Girls Championship at TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley, Shauna Liu was among four players tied for the lead after an initial round of 2-under 69.

By the conclusion of the tournament, Shauna Liu secured her third consecutive Canadian Junior Girls Championship title, finishing at 11-under par to win the Brokenshire Trophy by three strokes over Kirra St-Laurent. Liu joined Sandra Post, Gail Harvey Moore, and Heather Kuzmich as the only players to win three straight national titles. 

In the Inter-Provincial Team competition, Team Ontario won the title with a combined score of 4-over, led by Alexis Card and Avery Nordman.
