The 2026 rhythmic gymnastics season in Italy is approaching, highlighted by preparations for the Serie A1 championship and international club competitions.

Associazione Sportiva Udinese (ASU) has announced its updated roster for the Serie A1 season, featuring world champion Sofiia Ilteriakova. The team will be managed by technical director Špela Dragaš and aims to leverage new regulations that allow for four gymnasts to compete during the Regular Season.

The Italian Gymnastics Federation has released the official draws for the Serie A1, A2, and B championships. The season is set to commence on October 17 and 18 in Terni, with subsequent stages scheduled in Biella, Livorno, and Bergamo.

Additionally, Udine will host the ASU International Rhythmic Gymnastics Club Tournament from September 25 to 27. This event is expected to draw nearly 300 athletes from nine different countries to compete across 35 categories.
