Regional and community festivals have been held across Switzerland and Germany. 

In late August, Switzerland hosted the fifth ‘Buremusigträffe’ in Schwellbrunn, featuring folk music and a piece composed by René Sollberger. Simultaneously, Germany held the ‘Blues in Scharnhorst’ benefit festival, where musicians waived fees to support the children’s aid organization Plan International.

In early September, community celebrations continued with a two-day family festival in Boisheim, Germany. In Switzerland, preparations were underway for the Knabenschiessen festival at Albisgütli, a large-scale event involving traditional markets and a youth shooting competition.
