Cultural programming in the state of São Paulo includes various free public events throughout late 2026.

In mid-September, the fifth edition of MUBI Fest was held at the Centro Cultural de São Paulo. Due to weather forecasts involving heavy rain and strong winds, outdoor sessions were relocated to the indoor Sala Jardel Filho. The festival featured screenings of classic 4K restorations and films from the Cannes and Berlin festivals, alongside Brazilian cinema and industry discussions.
