Netflix announced the second season of the variety show ‘Daehwanjang Kianjang’ (also referred to as ‘Kian’s Bizarre B&B’), which moves the setting from the summer seas of Ulleungdo to the snowy mountains of Daegwallyeong. Creator Kian84 developed a ‘Gulliver’s Travels’ themed lodge featuring oversized props, a sauna, and private rooms.

The new season features a cast including Kian84, actor Lee Jun-ho, volleyball player Kim Yeon-kyung, and LE SSERAFIM’s Kazuha. Unlike the first season, cast members are directly involved in managing guesthouse operations.

Following the premiere, reviews noted chemistry between the cast members, specifically Kim Yeon-kyung and Kian84. The production also follows recent social media controversy regarding inappropriate comments Kian84 reportedly made about Kazuha’s appearance.
