Multiple fatal road accidents have been reported across various Indian states. 

In late September, collisions in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh resulted in several deaths. In Delhi, a scooter and a DTC bus collided on the Najafgarh-Nangloi Road, killing a 19-year-old man. In Uttar Pradesh, two separate motorcycle accidents caused fatalities: a head-on collision with a container truck in Budaun and a collision between two motorcycles in Kushinagar.

In October, further fatal incidents occurred in Uttarakhand and Madhya Pradesh. An e-rickshaw accident near a canal in the Jaspur area of Uttarakhand killed two people and injured three others. In Madhya Pradesh, a man was killed in a collision with a speeding container at a highway intersection in Sausar.
