The Carabinieri have implemented several leadership appointments across different Italian regions. In Lecco, Lieutenant Colonel Piera Stornelli has assumed command of the Reparto Operativo for the Carabinieri Provincial Command, a role noted for its significance in maintaining security and addressing drug trafficking.

In Calabria, a broader restructuring is underway. Brigadier General Lorenzo Sabatino has taken command of the Carabinieri Legion of Calabria, while Colonel Marco Sole has been appointed as the provincial commander in Reggio Calabria.
