Several Italian football clubs have implemented changes to their coaching staffs following poor performances or leadership transitions.

Pineto appointed Alessandro Bruno as head coach to replace Enrico Barilari, a decision made after a 0-4 defeat against Grosseto. The move also resulted in the departure of assistant coach Vito Grieco and fitness trainer Marco Trovarelli. Similarly, Solbiatese promoted Andrea Aletti from assistant to head coach following a mutual agreement with Roberto Gatti to terminate his contract.

In another transition, Solignano named Matteo Bertoli as their new coach. Bertoli succeeds Riccardo Sipone, who was released from the club after a tenure lasting 686 days.
