The Butterfield Bermuda Championship concluded following a sudden-death playoff between Austin Smotherman and Seamus Power. The tournament was originally reduced to a 54-hole event after severe weather and wind gusts exceeding 40 mph forced PGA Tour officials to cancel the final round at Port Royal Golf Course.

Smotherman secured his second consecutive PGA Tour victory by defeating Power on the third playoff hole. Both players had entered the final stage tied for the lead at 16-under par.

Other notable results included Corey Conners and Ben Silverman, who tied for third at 14-under par. The performance moved Silverman to 117th in the FedEx Cup Fall standings, while Conners used the finish to strengthen his position for upcoming signature event qualifications. The cancellation of the final round prevented other competitors, such as Sungjae Im, from improving their standings.
