Manchester United suffered a 3-0 defeat against Bournemouth at Old Trafford during the eighth round of the Premier League. Goals were scored by Ryan, Tavernier, and Evanilson, while Bournemouth goalkeeper Đorđe Petrović delivered a standout performance to prevent Manchester United from scoring despite their 17 shots.

This loss extended a difficult period for the club, marking eight consecutive matches across all competitions without a victory. The result also saw Bournemouth achieve a historic milestone, becoming the first team in 138 years of top-flight football to secure three wins in four consecutive visits to Old Trafford with a goal difference of +3 or greater.

Following the match, club legend Wayne Rooney criticized the squad’s mentality and effort, questioning whether the current roster deserves to wear the Manchester United shirt.
