Brazil is hosting a variety of regional and international sporting competitions. In mid-October, scheduled activities included the 2026 City Cycling Race in Ubatuba and the fourth edition of the UCI Gran Fondo World Series Brazil in Timbó, which marks the event’s first appearance in Latin America.

By late October, the focus shifted to large-scale events such as the COB Expo in São Paulo, a major sports fair that drew over 96,000 visitors. Additionally, the 40th edition of the Copa Yone Borba Dias tennis tournament was scheduled for early November in Porto Alegre, featuring more than 200 athletes from 11 different countries.
