To finalize the acquisition, the tender offer price was increased from €14.10 to €14.40 per share, resulting in a total transaction value of approximately €3.9 billion. The transaction marks a transition for Iveco from the Agnelli-Elkann family holding company, Exor, to the Indian automotive firm. The combined enterprise is projected to generate approximately 21 billion euros in revenue, with annual sales of roughly 590,000 units. The new group will employ over 73,000 people and operate across more than 130 countries, utilizing 27 production sites and 25 research and development centers.
