Rapper 50 Cent has addressed his relationships with long-term industry adversaries. In September 2026, he reconciled with Shyne, ending a rivalry that began in 2003. Shyne, a former Belizean opposition leader, described himself as an “elder statesman” seeking to bring people together, while 50 Cent noted that Shyne “impresses me” and has “shown nothing but growth.”

However, 50 Cent has ruled out a similar reconciliation with Sean “Diddy” Combs. During an appearance on “TODAY with Jenna & Sheinelle,” 50 Cent stated, “No, not with him,” regarding their dispute dating back to 2006. This tension has been highlighted in 50 Cent’s documentary, “Sean Combs: The Reckoning.” Combs is currently serving a 50-month prison sentence following legal proceedings.
