A Perfect Circle has released a new single, ‘To Whom It May Concern,’ following the success of ‘Starless’ on the US Active Rock radio charts. The track was produced by guitarist Billy Howerdel at his Lankershim Ranch Studio.

In conjunction with the new music, the band announced an extensive North American tour for the spring of 2027. The tour is scheduled to run from April 13 in Vancouver, Canada, to June 13 in Phoenix, USA. The itinerary includes major venues such as the Hollywood Bowl and Red Rocks Amphitheatre.

Supporting acts for the tour include The Cult and Puscifer. Maynard James Keenan is expected to perform double duty with Puscifer during the Canadian leg and a Detroit date. General ticket sales are slated to begin on October 2, 2026.
