AC Milan is integrating various players into the squad under manager Ruben Amorim. Midfielder Ardon Jashari, who joined from Club Brugge for €34 million plus bonuses, is expected to secure a starting role in Amorim’s 3-4-2-1 tactical system following a debut season interrupted by a fractured fibula.

Simultaneously, the club is monitoring youth talent Akram Jadid. The 15-year-old striker, noted for a significant scoring record in youth championships, has been included in first-team training sessions at Milanello after helping the U15 squad secure a national title. 

Jadid, a dual Italian-Moroccan talent born in Brescia, has demonstrated exceptional scoring abilities, with records indicating he has scored approximately 700 goals across various youth levels and tournaments. During the 2024/2025 season, he recorded 32 goals in 32 matches, finishing as one of the top scorers in his age group in Italy. 

While manager Ruben Amorim and the first-team staff have taken notice of his versatility as a playmaker, winger, or striker, the club is reportedly managing his development cautiously to ensure proper physical and tactical growth. Jadid currently splits time between the Under-18 and Primavera squads and has previously represented the Moroccan U16 national team. 

Recently, head coach Ruben Amorim has formally invited the forward, nicknamed ‘Gol Akram’, to train with the first team at the Milanello training center. While the Italian Football Federation has expressed interest in recruiting him, Jadid has already represented Morocco at the U16 international level.
