In late August 2026, Patriarch Porfirije of the Serbian Orthodox Church conducted several religious and official activities. He hosted newly ordained clergy from the Belgrade-Karlovci Archdiocese at the Patriarchal Court in Belgrade to provide spiritual guidance and present them with episcopal charters and liturgical books. He also served the Holy Hierarchical Liturgy at the Church of the Holy Trinity in Kumodraž, where he delivered a sermon regarding the relationship between material possessions and spiritual devotion.

By September 1, 2026, the Patriarch presided over a Holy Hierarchical Liturgy at the Saint Sava Theological Seminary in Belgrade to mark the start of the new school year.
