The Agence nationale d’Appui au Développement des Collectivités territoriales (ADCT) has implemented various infrastructure and service-oriented development projects across multiple regions in Burkina Faso. In the Goulmou region, the ADCT utilized the Programme pour la Résilience, la Gouvernance locale et les Services de Base (PREGOLS) and the Fonds de Développement communal III (FDC III) to fund artisan boutiques in Fada N’Gourma and permanent educational facilities in Sabtenga. These initiatives aimed to support local craftsmanship and replace temporary school structures. Subsequent monitoring visits in the Nazinon and Oubri regions highlighted further investments in hydraulic infrastructure, such as human-powered pump boreholes in Leongo, and administrative improvements. These included the establishment of a civil status center in Pô and the construction of a maternity ward and a modern archive facility in Zorgho to secure vital documents. ## Timeline ### 2026-09-12: ADCT implements infrastructure projects in Nazinon and Oubri regions The ADCT is overseeing significant infrastructure investments in Burkina Faso's Nazinon and Oubri regions, focusing on water access, maternity wards, and improved civil status archiving. 3 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/adct-implements-infrastructure-projects-in-nazinon-and-oubri-regions ### 2026-09-08: ADCT showcases development projects in Burkina Faso's Goulmou region The ADCT is showcasing regional development projects in Goulmou, Burkina Faso, including new artisan boutiques in Fada N’Gourma and permanent school classrooms in Sabtenga. 2 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/adct-showcases-development-projects-in-burkina-fasos-goulmou-region --- Cite as: ADCT local development projects in Burkina Faso.
