AEON continues its retail expansion in Vietnam with several new projects scheduled for late 2026.

In Hải Phòng city, AEON Vietnam has officially opened AEON Hải Dương in Thạch Khôi ward. As the group’s tenth shopping center in the country and its first medium-scale mall in the Red River Delta region, the facility covers approximately 38,100 m². The center includes 26,000 m² of leasable space across three floors, featuring zones for food, fashion, health, beauty, and entertainment. The food section emphasizes fresh and organic products meeting VietGAP and GLOBALG.A.P. standards.

Further expansion is planned for the fourth quarter of 2026. The AEON MALL Thanh Hoa project, located in Quang Phu ward, is expected to open in October. This facility will feature over 130 stores—with more than 60% being new to the province—and a 10,000 m² indoor sports and entertainment area that includes five pickleball courts, a first for the AEON MALL system in Vietnam. Additionally, a new project in Ha Long is scheduled to open in November 2026, designed to serve as a lifestyle and tourism destination. Both the Thanh Hoa and Ha Long developments incorporate integrated disaster response solutions into their design to ensure community resilience.
