Air Algérie has launched a new direct flight connection between Algiers and Berlin. Operating once a week from Houari Boumediene International Airport, the route increases the total number of weekly flights between Algeria and Germany to five, adding to the existing four weekly flights to Frankfurt.

The expansion follows an official visit by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune to Germany and was inaugurated in the presence of Algerian transport officials and the German Ambassador to Algeria, Georg Felsheim. The airline stated the connection aims to strengthen its presence in the German market, support bilateral exchanges, and serve the Algerian community in Germany.
