Specific focus is being placed on dust generated by infrastructure and urban development projects, including excavation, demolition, and the transport of materials. 

To mitigate these impacts, construction investors and contractors are required to implement strict control measures, such as site shielding, material covering, water spraying, and vehicle cleaning, to prevent dust from escaping into the surrounding environment.
