Alba Iulia has launched a strategic initiative to promote its historical and cultural heritage through participation in international tourism fairs. The city is scheduled to showcase its Roman heritage, the Alba Carolina Citadel, and local wines at the International Ecotourism Fair in Sibiu from September 24 to 27. 

Following this, the city aims to target the Polish market by participating in the TT Warsaw International Tourism Fair at the Ptak Warsaw Expo from October 8 to 11. This effort, coordinated by the Palatul Principilor Cultural Center, seeks to attract visitors from Central and Eastern Europe.
