In October 2026, Algeria hosted significant industry events focused on the real estate, construction, and building sectors.

The DZ IMMO Algerian Real Estate Salon took place in Algiers from October 22 to 25. Organized by Algeria Exhibitions, the event featured over 30 exhibitors, including developers, banks, insurance companies, and digital real estate start-ups. The salon aimed to showcase housing projects and provide professional training in sales and negotiation.

Simultaneously, the Batiwest-2026 international salon was held in Oran, attracting approximately 20,000 visitors and featuring nearly 70 national and international exhibitors.
