Bitfinex Securities facilitated a $50 million capital raise for Alkemya Metacore SCSp, a Luxembourg-based investment vehicle, through the tokenized sale of ALKN tokens. This transaction was conducted under the regulatory framework of El Salvador’s National Digital Assets Commission (CNAD).

The ALKN tokens represent interests in assets including approximately 7 million meters of high-purity nickel wire, valued at an estimated $1.6 billion and held in Lugano, Switzerland. Proceeds are intended to support the development of high-performance nickel products for sectors such as aerospace, defense, semiconductors, and green hydrogen.

Following the initial raise, Alkemya Metacore announced a new tranche of ALKN tokens priced at $1.0 per token. Arranged by Hanover Square Capital (UK) Ltd, this offering is available to institutional and professional investors on Bitfinex Securities until October 15, 2026.
