In mid-September 2026, the company announced appointments in Brazil and the EMEA region. Ana Quintela was named Marketing Superintendent for Allianz Seguros in Brazil, while Nina Arquint was appointed President, Commercial, EMEA for Allianz Commercial, effective April 2027.

In October 2026, the company announced a leadership reshuffle within its Allianz Partners and Allianz Direct divisions. Effective November 1, 2026, Philipp Kroetz will transition from CEO of Allianz Direct to head Allianz Partners, succeeding Tomas Kunzmann.
