Ambev has announced the transformation of its BORA Hub into the Instituto BORA, an organization managed in partnership with Yunus Negócios Sociais. The institute utilizes a shared governance model and a collective fund to support social businesses and philanthropic initiatives by mobilizing capital, knowledge, and connections.

The initiative aims to expand a productive inclusion ecosystem that currently includes 120 members and 130 registered projects, which have collectively generated more than R$ 810 million in income. To assist with strategic direction and resource allocation, the institute is introducing ‘Alma Matters,’ a group of investing institutions that will join its Advisory Council.

Ambev is presenting this transition at the Impact Minds 2026 conference in Manaus, an event organized by Latimpacto. The initiative also involves participation from PepsiCo and seeks to align international social impact discussions with local Amazonian realities.
