While surgical and specialist consultation lists are published, reports suggest diagnostic waiting list data has remained opaque since 2019. The SAS had previously claimed it lacked the tools to provide this information. 

The council has demanded the administration provide the most current data available or formally state if such reports do not exist. Political opposition, specifically the PSOE, has criticized the regional government and called for full compliance with the ruling.
