The Parliament of Andalusia has rejected proposals to establish investigative commissions regarding regional management failures. 

One rejected initiative sought to examine the management of the breast cancer early detection system following a crisis in the Andalusian Health System. Opposition groups, including the PSOE, Adelante Andalucía, and Por Andalucía, aimed to investigate why at least 2,317 women were not notified of suspected cancer diagnoses. The proposal was blocked by the combined votes of the PP and Vox parties. 

Additionally, the regional Parliament rejected a Socialist-led proposal to investigate the 2026 forest fires, specifically regarding fire prevention and emergency management following the Los Gallardos fires that resulted in 15 deaths.
