The Hai Phong City Police Investigation Agency is investigating a fraud case involving the Anh Dung IV housing project in Hung Dao Ward, Hai Phong. 

The investigation centers on Tran Huy Cuong, the General Director and Chairman of the Board of Thuy Nguyen Trading Joint Stock Company. Cuong is accused of the “fraudulent appropriation of property” by entering into agreements to sell land plots within the project to various individuals and organizations. 

Authorities have issued a third notice requesting that victims or parties involved in sales agreements or land use right certificates for the affected parcels contact the police to protect their legal interests.
