During the filming of the reality show ‘India Ke Top 1% – The Anil Kapoor Show’, actor Anil Kapoor became emotional after meeting a contestant named Gagan, who bears a striking resemblance to the late actor and filmmaker Satish Kaushik.

Kapoor used the encounter to reflect on his deep personal and professional bond with Kaushik, who passed away in 2023. Kapoor described Kaushik as the person who could have been his ‘twin brother’ because of how well he understood Kapoor’s moods and emotions. The actor also noted that he had affectionately nicknamed Kaushik ‘Danny DeVito’ due to their shared love for the film ‘Twins’ and their previous discussions about playing twin brothers on screen.
