The Quilmes region has hosted several significant anniversary celebrations. In late September, the La Paz neighborhood marked its 75th anniversary with a civic and traditionalist parade involving local schools, institutions, and veterans. Interim Mayor Eva Mieri noted municipal investments in the area, such as paving and new lighting, though adverse weather forced the cancellation of afternoon festivities.

In early October, the Diocese of Quilmes, Berazategui, and Florencio Varela celebrated its 50th anniversary. The event featured a mass at the Quilmes Cathedral led by Bishop Carlos José Tissera and included a commemorative plaque presentation by Berazategui official Santiago Castagno. The celebration drew pilgrims from five regional deanates and concluded with a public festival.
