The Argentine sporting landscape features both domestic urban competitions and international athletic performances. In Malvinas Argentinas, Buenos Aires, the inaugural Argentine Urban Games (JAUR) took place from October 28 to October 31. Organized by the Municipality of Malvinas Argentinas and the Argentine Olympic Committee, the event hosted over 700 athletes across nine disciplines, including skateboarding, breaking, and sport climbing, following the 2025 Provincial Urban Sports Law.

On the international stage, Argentine athletes secured multiple podium finishes at an athletics Grand Prix in Asunción, Paraguay. Notable achievements included gold medals for Marlene Koss in the 100 meters hurdles, Fausto Alonso in the 5,000 meters, and Francisco Ferreccio in the 110 meters hurdles.
