Argentine judicial authorities are undertaking various initiatives to modernize legal processes and improve protections. In Río Grande, the Ministry of Citizen Welfare and Justice and the Provincial Judiciary are conducting training sessions titled “Tramas de protección: hacia una ruta crítica que cuide las infancias” to address child protection and sexual abuse reports. Additionally, legal experts are hosting workshops on the new Juvenile Criminal Regime to discuss legislative changes and the age of criminal responsibility.

Technological advancements are being introduced to improve access to justice. The Judiciary of Chaco has launched an Intercultural Access to Justice Platform for Indigenous Peoples to address linguistic and cultural barriers. In Córdoba, the judiciary has released Jurisemia, an artificial intelligence-driven semantic search engine that allows users to research jurisprudence using natural language rather than strict legal terminology.

On a federal level, significant restructuring is underway. In Misiones, the Procuración General de la Nación has established the Misiones District Prosecutor's Office via Resolution PGN 59/26. This transition to an accusatory system grants prosecutors exclusive control over investigations to combat organized crime near international borders.

Concurrently, the Ministry of Justice, led by Minister Juan Bautista Mahiques, is developing a broader reform project to reorganize the federal judiciary. This proposal seeks to modify the Law of Organization of Federal Justice by redistributing courts and chambers. Proposed changes include reducing the number of first-instance federal courts in Comodoro Py from 12 to eight and potentially shrinking the Federal Chamber of Criminal Cassation from 13 to nine members, while also addressing judicial vacancies and limiting subrogations.
