Argentine musical artists have released several new projects involving both solo works and cross-genre collaborations.

In early September, urban music artists Rei and Mala Semilla released projects focused on hip hop and trap. Rei launched ‘TURROTACTICO: RAÍZ’, a multi-part saga exploring trap roots, while the group Mala Semilla released the EP ‘Referentes’ to commemorate three decades in the Rosario hip hop scene.

Later in the month, the focus shifted toward collaborative efforts across different genres. Singer Marcela Morelo partnered with the cumbia band Ráfaga for a reimagined version of ‘La Fuerza del Engaño’ as part of her ‘La Morelo’ project. Additionally, artist Emanero collaborated with the pop group Bandana on the track ‘Ojo de Loca’, part of his ‘Runfla’ format designed to bridge musical generations.
