Authorities allege that Vuković used electronic communications to provide false monthly reports to investors, significantly overstating both fund returns and total assets. Specific allegations include showing a potential investor a 19.05 percent return and nearly $5 million in assets in 2023, when actual figures indicated a 22.46 percent loss and $2.71 million in assets. In June 2025, reports allegedly claimed a 38.44 percent return and $18.45 million in assets, while actual returns were 16.39 percent with $12.77 million in assets. Vuković has reportedly admitted to exaggerating returns to investigators.
