Novi Sad hosted the Assembly of Serbian Unity at the Eđšeg Cultural Station. Organized by the Nasleđe Business-Cultural Center and the Sajmište association, the event gathered representatives from cities in Republika Srpska, Montenegro, and Croatia, as well as various cultural institutions and public enterprises.

During the assembly, Novi Sad Mayor Žarko Mićin stated that unity, togetherness, and the Serbian Orthodox Church have historically served as the foundations for preserving the Serbian people. He linked social unity to societal progress, including the development of schools, hospitals, and infrastructure. 

Željka Milošev, president of the Nasleđe Business-Cultural Center, noted the goal was to gather the Serbian people and preserve shared values, while speaker Milenko Dačević emphasized the opportunity to remember history and ancestral values.
