Atalanta BC is utilizing its Under 23 team in Serie C as a strategic component of its youth development model. The squad, led by Nicola Beati, serves as a transitional bridge between Primavera football and the professional senior leagues to prepare prospects for the first team.

While the Under 23 side has focused on individual player maturation and recent competitive momentum, the club is also expanding its influence through new affiliations. This includes a partnership with Giovane Offagna, managed via Deacademy Italia, to share elite youth sector expertise with local clubs.
