Austrian police are investigating the disappearance of three shipments of aluminum, totaling more than 68 tons, which were being transported from Italy to Germany, Sweden, and the Czech Republic. 

A logistics company based in Tyrol reported the loss after the shipments failed to arrive. The firm had contracted a Bulgarian-based enterprise for the deliveries, but the transport company has been unreachable since Tuesday. 

Investigators in Straß im Kaunertal are attempting to determine whether the goods were stolen or if the incident constitutes a premeditated fraud. The investigation involves multiple countries due to the international nature of the transport route.
