The Valencian Association of Farmers (AVA-Asaja) inaugurated a new 400-square-meter provincial headquarters in Castelló de la Plana. The facility, located on Panderola Street, is designed to provide professional services, training, and consultation for the agricultural sector.

During the inauguration, AVA-Asaja President Cristóbal Aguado addressed several challenges facing Valencian agriculture, including the need for fair pricing, reduced bureaucracy, and adequate water supplies. He also noted concerns regarding an aging workforce and the abandonment of 180,000 hectares of farmland in the region. In response, Juanfran Pérez Llorca, President of the Generalitat Valenciana, pledged regional support, noting that recent measures have led to 158 new farmers joining the industry in Castellón.
