Aviva Investors has launched a tokenized share class for its Sterling Liquidity Fund on the XRP Ledger. Developed in collaboration with Ripple, the project also involves Komainu and Licuido for digital asset custody and token management, with BNY Mellon serving as the custodian for the underlying assets. Aviva Investors committed £50 million to this new sterling-denominated class. This follows the July 2026 launch of a tokenized US Dollar Liquidity Fund, bringing the firm’s total investment across both tokenized offerings to over £86 million.
