Azimut Yachts has expanded its luxury vessel offerings and manufacturing footprint. Following the unveiling of the Seadeck 9 flagship luxury yacht in Sardinia, the company initiated construction on the first Azimut Grande 30 Metri megayacht at its facility in Itajaí, Brazil.

The Brazilian project is part of a R$ 120 million investment cycle intended to expand the manufacturing facility to 65,000 square meters and integrate new technologies for the serial production of larger vessels through 2028. This facility remains the brand’s only owned shipyard outside of Italy.

The first 30-meter unit, valued at over R$ 90 million, utilizes Carbon Tech technology to reduce weight and is scheduled for delivery in 2028. The investment cycle also aims to increase the local workforce from 650 to approximately 800 employees.
