The handball federations of North Macedonia, Serbia, and Slovenia have moved from preliminary discussions to an official joint bid to host the 2034 Men’s European Handball Championship (EHF EURO 2034).

Initially, the three nations reached preliminary agreements to host the tournament through a shared model. Under this proposal, each country would host two groups during the initial phase, with Serbia designated to host the final weekend and medal matches. 

Following these preparations, the federations officially submitted their bid to the European Handball Federation (EHF). Representatives from the participating nations expressed their readiness to meet all EHF organizational and infrastructural requirements, citing their shared handball traditions and capacity to host a premier European event.
