Various construction and urban development projects are underway or planned across the Balkans.

In Serbia, work is progressing on a replica of the Milovanović villa in Užice, a project funded by the Ministry of Culture and the City of Užice to recreate a 1930 structure. In Montenegro, plans were announced for the reconstruction of a business building in Podgorica into a four-star Hyatt Centric hotel, including an additional annex and various amenities scheduled to open in 2028.

Further developments include a proposed six-story residential and commercial building in the Obilićevo neighborhood of Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Additionally, a multi-phase complex featuring apartments, a hotel, and recreational spaces is planned for Bečići, Montenegro.
