Joesley and Wesley Batista, acting through their personal investment vehicle AGlobe Investimentos, have signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Avibras Aeroco. The acquisition involves the transfer of shares from the FIP Brasil Crédito fund, which previously held control of the company.

Avibras Aeroco was established in October 2025 during a reorganization of the original Avibras Indústria Aeroespacial. While the original company remains in judicial recovery with significant debts, Avibras Aeroco holds the strategic assets, industrial facilities, intellectual property, and technological programs of the manufacturer. 

The transaction has been notified to the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade) and is currently awaiting regulatory approval and the fulfillment of other closing conditions. The acquisition marks the Batista brothers' entry into the Brazilian national defense and aerospace sectors.
