Bavarian cultural and tourism activities have centered on the Oktoberfest festival and regional musical events.

In the music scene, the ‘3 Städte Tour’ was organized in Lower Bavaria to feature acts from Dingolfing, Passau, and Freyung, with performers rotating headliner slots across three cities. Additionally, the alphorn group ‘Stiftländer Alphornwahnsinn’ performed at the Munich Oktoberfest, representing the Upper Palatinate region.

Tourism in the area has also included travel itineraries involving Munich and the Oktoberfest festival, alongside visits to landmarks such as Neuschwanstein Castle.
