The B.C. Lions have secured contract extensions for two defensive backs.

In late September, the team signed American Deontai Williams Sr. to a two-year extension, ensuring he remains with the club through the 2028 CFL season. Williams joined the Lions as a free agent in 2025.

Following this, the team signed Canadian Cristophe Beaulieu to a one-year extension in early October. The agreement prevents the Quebec native from entering free agency after the current season.
