The high-rise residential complex involves a total investment of nearly 4,400 billion VND and is scheduled to be rolled out in three phases between September and December 2026, with full implementation expected to span from 2026 to 2030.

The project aims to address a shortage of commercial housing for middle-income earners in the urban core of Dong Nai. The development features a “green living concept” with approximately 7,730 square meters of greenery and offers various apartment types, including studios and two-to-three-bedroom units ranging from 37 to 88 square meters.

A model home has opened at 236 Phan Trung Street to showcase the project's layout and amenities, positioning the development as a cost-effective alternative to traditional landed housing in the Bien Hoa area.
