Property platform BestAgent is preparing to launch the BestAgent Club in November. The membership scheme is designed to reward estate agents based on assessed performance criteria, such as service standards, working practices, and transaction speeds, rather than through payment alone.

The initiative aims to encourage higher transaction completion rates, targeting at least 90%, and shift industry focus toward efficiency. The club will initially offer 99 founder memberships and will eventually cap total membership at 1,000 agents. Membership can be withdrawn if standards decline.

Individual memberships are priced at £100 per month, while business memberships start at £250 per month. Business members may access benefits including coaching, training, and market intelligence. Additionally, qualifying business members may be eligible for a revenue-sharing scheme involving ‘investment chips’ that represent 0.01% of BestAgent’s revenues over a ten-year period.
