Developments: 2. Influencer and entrepreneur Bianca Andrade has relocated from a mansion in Cotia to a new residence in the Pinheiros district of São Paulo. The move involved trading an R$ 18 million property, known as the ‘shark house’ due to its aquarium, for a R$ 9 million home. Andrade stated the relocation was intended to simplify her son Cris’s daily routine and reduce long commutes. Previously, the travel between Cotia and his school in São Paulo resulted in up to two hours spent in traffic daily. The new 463-square-meter property includes amenities such as a pool, sauna, gym, cinema, and a gourmet rooftop area, while also placing Andrade closer to her office and Fred Bruno. In a YouTube video, Andrade explained that maintaining two separate residences—the Cotia mansion and an apartment in the capital—was no longer practical. Beyond logistics, she expressed a desire for a more urban lifestyle that facilitates simple activities with her son, such as walking in the street or visiting local cafes. The move also serves to consolidate her professional and personal life within the city. ## Timeline ### 2026-10-18: Bianca Andrade moves from R$ 18 million mansion to São Paulo home Influencer Bianca Andrade moved from an R$ 18 million mansion in Cotia to a R$ 9 million home in São Paulo to reduce commute times and improve her daily routine with her son. 5 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/bianca-andrade-moves-from-cotia-mansion-to-new-so-paulo-residence ### 2026-10-16: Bianca Andrade relocates to São Paulo to simplify family routine Influencer Bianca Andrade moved from a mansion in Cotia to a house in Pinheiros, São Paulo, to reduce travel time for her son's school and her own work commitments. 3 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/bianca-andrade-relocates-to-so-paulo-to-simplify-family-routine --- Cite as: Bianca Andrade relocation to São Paulo.
