During the Big Brother All Stars gala on October 11, Francisco Monteiro became the first contestant saved, securing 55% of the public vote. While Monteiro's stay was guaranteed, other nominees remained at risk of expulsion, and new contestants Carlos Sousa, Hélder Teixeira, and Renata Reis entered the program.

By late October, the focus shifted to Monteiro’s personal reflections. After viewing an aged simulation of himself, he shared that his primary goals for the next 15 years are achieving family and emotional stability, marrying his partner Andreia, and becoming a father.
